Adult in LV fancy, because they got their money to buy them, but kids in LV fancy! Was their parent want to let them to know what is the meaning of HIGH CLASS? And in the culture now, isn't that you can't live without the LV, Prada, MIU MIU, Gucci.... such materialism's slave? Last time I saw a little girl(around 3 or 4 years old)at the subway, saw her how serious to caring her little bucket LV zip bag away from the people around, that's what they are happy for? What do you guys think?

I love my designer purses and I buy them for my daughter and have since she turned 10. I just want her to have nice tings too. I clutch my purse when someone is close, don't you. A child will do what they see the adult do, I clutch mine so that nobody will grab it, not for the purse itself but what's inside.

We do brand our children..my son keeps begging for a pair of cartoon shoes from payless. Don't get me wrong, I shop there because they have nice shoes but I have never bought a pair of generic gym shoes for him. I promised my husband I would break down and do it because I did it for my older boys when they were his age (the trick is...they had to use them as their play shoes).

My boys (19 & 15) won't wear anything other than desgner clothing and shoes. My daughter (13) only cares about the shoes
And the baby (7) I buy him designer and no brand clothing like from Wal Mart.

There is nothing with wanting or buying the finer things in life but on the other hand I think you're right, I just may be a slave to materiallism. Is that so bad? Oh well, you only live once.
