You cannot do that without money, but you can do it if you use other people's money. You need to find some investors who would be exited by your idea.
The incredibly stupid rich demographic is a good one to go after. Unfortunately they are rare, they tend to wipe themselves out. but if you can find some poeple who fit into this category, good luck!

Yeah quite possible. But you have to spend a few $ for that, not in building the hotel, but something before that i am advertising etc.
Most of the preporty dealers advertises for making a plaza or hotel, and are getting advance booking money from people that are intersted to hire shop there. You can aslo do that to offer people restaurants and cafes in ur hotel, or some other business's with in hotel. So get money from them in advance and start building your hotel. Of course ur credibility will count before some one will give u adv money. It all depends. But here in this part of world it works good.

I think I'm safe in saying that you can't do that. It costs money to do that kind of stuff.
