I made plans with her 4 hours ahead of time when and where she wanted to go for drinks. The guy showed up unannounced 10 minutes before I got there. I asked her if she was going to hang with him instead. I would have been upset but I would have understood. Like someone else said, a man is a great distraction. She told me no. Said she needed to talk with him about something and would be right back. Said she was going to set out in her car so the nosey neighbors won't listen. After her family came into the room asking where she went, I looked outside. No car, no friend, and she left her phone on the table next to me. Found out right as I was leaving she called her cousin about a hour ago saying she would be back shortly. The cousin thought I knew she left with the guy and just decided to stay over and hang with her later. I actually was there longer than 2 hrs. I was reading a book to pass the time and calm my nerves . Checking my call log I realized it was really like 3 and 1/2 hours.

well....it sort of is wrong. you went to see your friend, without any intentions of other things..while she went off to flirt. wow, you may be a loyal friend, but ur friend seeems like a royal pain in the but. tell her how you feel

Wrong about what? Wrong for going over there in the first place, or wrong for being mad cuz she was rude?
Did she ask you to come over? That's important but either way, if she's a good friend I would forgive her because maybe she needed to distract herself more than she needed to talk. Attention from the opposite sex is very distracting! And it can boost confidence, so maybe that's what she needed more. It was still rude though.

Maybe you can find it in you to at least understand why she did that even if she isn't such a close friend?

Did your friend ask you to come and cheer her? if you went there if yr own accord then she sure had otehr palns of cheering herslef up. Well if she did ask u to come over then it was very crude and a rude thing to do, sit down and tell her u felt hurt , if she didnt invite you, pls dont brood over this.

Yes that is wrong. Doesnt sound like she needed too much cheering up. Infact she sounds very selfish.
