I am using windows XP and the anti-virus I am using is Norton. However I have a trojan virus on my computer which Norton cannot remove. I have downloaded a trial copy of Trojan Remover, but when I scan my computer it cannot remove the trojan virus.
What can I do?

Do you have any suggestions for a good free anti trojan software.

How current is your anti-virus software? You better download the most current version and try it again. You must keep your anti-virus software current and up to date in order for the software to keep up with new problems.

Contact the agency from where you had purchased the Hardware/Software. They can do it easily but you have to pay some fees. Don't take the computer to their workshop. Tell them to visit your place and do it.

I had the same toruble and got it rectified recently!!!
Don't try for any free soft ware as they have to be updated.
It is better to block the automatic updates to protect the computer from any viral attack!!!

Norton can win that virus.
May be you need to up-date your virus definitions.
You are very lucky because I am so free in this time.
