I agree, Americans are generally very nice people but the majority are ignorant of what is going on in the world. If you visit the USA, you will notice that it is difficult to get current international news unless you make a real effort. So the truth is not getting through.

The US government has an easy job controlling it's population because it almost never hears any other point of view. Yes, most Americans would be shocked if they had access to foreign news.

On the other side, there is a minority of American intellectuals who are very well informed. Unfortunately, they do not win elections.

America is still reacting to a knee-jerk reaction to 9/11. It's pretty clear to most people here that the present administration's policy toward terrorists and world strife is not working. Elections are coming up in November. You can expect a big change.

I have seen the film, and found it not only filled with lies, but so inaccurate with the facts, that lies would not truly cover the film. Let me guess, you have not been to Afghanistan, or Iraq, prior to the war? Saddam was the worst, so I will talk about him.....He killed somewhere in the vicinity of 1,000,000 kurds and Shiites{?}, why? Because they were not his religion, and did not like him. He would rape and kill the women, torture and kill the men, and if he was tired, let his sons and top adisvors. You should use Moore as anything if you want to give a good question, do you realize that he lost total credibility in the US by that film, except by other far leftists? Hell, even many Liberals ran from that film, they even knew how much a propaganda film that was for illegal acts, or a dictator that needed to fall. Obviously you are blinded by teh lies that are told, and can't see the truth, not that all is true that the right wing side is telling...but they are a lot moe accurate

I am joyful to look a few shrewd solutions to this query. To my sensible reply: Essentially Americans are sheep. They are so constant on what the mainstream information networks inform them. They don't have any thought how a lot have an impact on the globalist elites have on the whole lot and are not able to fathom what's particularly happening. The Federal Reserve has reportedly revealed over four trillion greenbacks within the final three years.... ....Two and a part years in the past the Federal Reserve stopped publishing the M3 charts....THAT is real demanding. What do you consider they're hiding? Reminds me of Operation Bernhard; a Hitler introduced software to decimate the British economic system.

Why do people put all the blame on bush anyway??? Presidents are the face of the country. A public icon, and target to blame for everything or praise like there's no tomorrow, But it's not like it's one persons personal decisions that decide what happens. It's congress, the house and senate who have the power of America. Well, at least your trying to be nice about it, but fahenheit 911 has already been proved wrong, and Michael Moore actually was working for the independent who ran in 2000.
Also, I know people who have actually been to iraq and they dont kill innnocent people. They kill people who have rockets and bombs. the terrorists are the ones killing innocents.
Also Canada and mexico supply 50% of our oil, and Iraq supplies 5%. we never needed Iraqi oil.

I hope you realize that over 40 of the states voted for him, and I hope you realize that the United states is made up of 50 countries with their own seperate governments that are far more powerful than the federal government. The federal government only deals with problems that span multiple states, like fleeing criminals, or trade. otherwise every state has control of itself. They even have their own armies and air forces controlled by the govenor called The National Guard and the Air National Guard. These troops make up over half of americas military.

Michael Moore's movie is a fantasy...the interviews are out of context...and few of the "facts" portrayed are facts at all.

I've seen Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory but I still don't believe in Oompah Loompahs.
