firstly switch to firefox because it has free extention that allow you to do this, and is a million times bettter than ie. then download an extention from the offical site called "download dependencies" and it will come up with a little red arrow in the bottom of the screen when on a page that has flash, mp3, avi etc. really easy the can also get image grabbers and site sider that are very good, however if the files are copyrighted you may be breaking the law downloading them
