How do I go about sueing the government of Colombia for an ilegal extradition to France?

I was extradited on the basis of the vienna convention but it had not been ratified at the time of the supposed crimes and only came into effect long after. The supreme court said it was in effect, I knew this was wrong but my lawyer said I didn´t pay him enough to get himself killed because if he put the demand it would show the courts criminal negligence.

File a complaint in the International Court of Justice that Colombia violated the rules of extradition and your case was not properly handled by your lawyer. Request for a retrial based on inexcusable negligence and that justice was denied to you.
