What are they like, are they similar to Jimi Hendrix?
Are they good?
Is it worth getting their triple album, Maxoom, Child of the Novelty and Strange Novelty?
Or any other albums ?

This band put out a lot of albums but didn't hit it big with any one song. They got off to a bad start when their debut album was a tribute to Jimi Hendrix & they got tagged as a copycat band. Their current website has some samplings (http://www.mahoganyrush.com/albums.htm) and others can be downloaded from Limewire.com. They still currently tour.

canadian power trio from the 70s .
headed by guitarist frank marino . they rocked back then . heard they were back on the circuit and touring again . no idea how they are these days .

why not download their album to see if you like it first, then you haven't wasted any money
