The question is not am I doing something wrong it is how much dieting and excercise am I doing. I am an athletic man myself. I am very much in shape. I do the high protein diet myself. My recommendation to you would be to eat healthy food everyday. Like sandwiches and fruits and veggies. Drink water all the time. Excercise as often as you can. I would recommend excercising 5 times a week doing cardiovascular stuff. And I would workout for a 3 to 4 hours. Of course you will not see immediate improvement but over time you will see a change.

Maybe you simply eat too much fatty food, which contains sugar etc.Secondary anything won't change within some days or weeks. It will take for some months before you will be able to notice the change. Drink water with meals and forget diet coke if you are drinking it.
Of course a sickness can be a reason of overweightness, but it's quite rare-
and dont try any diet like atkins etc (they can be very harmful for your body). The best way to lose weight is to keep on exercising everyday for at least one hour (remember that you have to be sweating if you want that the exercising will help) prepare your meals from the start and use oil in cooking instead of butter and margarin.

your insuline levels could be high i used to lose weight and then gain it right back because of it , don't really diet though so you dont deprive yourself eat balanced meals have a protein , veggies, and less carbohydrate than anything else and results shall come, as to sexercise do more, read a book, have fun with tons of sweat to burn the calories, if you cant do that go walking for 2 hrs. ev'ryday i did that the past 9 days and lost 10 lbs.

Sometimes I find I hit a plateau and my body refuses to loose any more weight. That is when I need to try a different diet.
If you are on weight watchers, switch to Atkins for a few weeks and see if jumps starts some weight loss.
