If not, how do they know so much? Are they just great at reading your body language and examining your reactions?

What about when they claim to contact the dead? Are people just hopeful so make what they are saying apply to them?

Dont think they are real at all. But they are excellent at reading body language.. If our loved ones were going to contact us I think they would speak to us instead of a complete stranger. It would be nice to know if there is life after death., I think it was Houdini who said that when he died he would try and make contact but as far as I know that has never happened. And why do they charge money for this?

Yeah, we're real.

Our gifts differ to the next and I couldn't sit here and tell your life story but if I was in your presence I may be able to pick up an aura from you that gives me images.
Sometimes, it's like a voice of knowing that tells us where and what the image are, it's up to us whether we follow it, tell of it or just learn by it

Some are fake, but that's no different to there being a scam where ever you go.
I believe we are all psychic it's just that some aren't as tuned in as others, with ourselves and those about us

When you know yourself and your own mind it opens many doors especially the one full of faith; a spiritual path that guides you, and allows others to guide us too-not all from this side of life

When we live in the light, we can see within the light

My own personal experiences have convinced me that we have ways of knowing things and influencing things that western science does not yet acknowledge.
I have only seen mediums on TV ,but found a couple very impressive. However ,I don't think it's wise to make assumptions about what is happening. For instance ,if these mediums are tuning into a source of information ,it could be the minds of those present, or a more generalised form of information .I still feel no need to presume that personalities ,as individual consciousnesses survive death .
To me these skills do show however that we are not as limited as we tend to believe ,and freed from our limits we may be free from personal identities based on limited memories and beliefs.

my dad passed away recently from cancer-it was an awful slow painful death and he sadly truely suffered. My cousins gf went to visit a medium a few days later, for something un-related to my fathers death....she had never met him or anything, but the medium told her that a member of her partners family had died recently, and that his name was robert and he wanted everyone to know he was okay and that he knew we were all with him for the last few days(his religion prevented us fom talking to him or sitting with him but we stayed in the hospice for nearly 4 nights).
whatever doubts i had are definatly gone.how could that woman have been so accurate?Sure, some are frauds and prey on peoples sadness but this woman in particular...of her I have no doubt.

i hate urban legends, they scare the crap out of me. this psychic, clairevoyance, etc kind of things isnt far but let me give one personal experience.

i was out with new sets of friends when i was applying for a job in makati. one of them took my hands and looked at my palms (a palmist for sure). she said things that shocked me. becoz gosshhh!! she was damn right. she told me an ex boyfriend would be winning me back, and alas! months later, he really did try to win me back. unfortunately though, she didnt tell me im gonna dump him.

im not sure how they do such things. but isnt that pretty scary? u seem to hold the future in ur hands, even ur past and ur present.

Yeah they are real enough. My mum and nan are both clairvoyant, its not about body language, they just talk to their spirit guides. My mum and nan both have regular customers so they cant be bad!

one of my very dear friends is a psychic/medium. he has given me messages from dead loved ones that there was no way he could have ever known. one of my daughters has "the gift". she has described dead loved ones who have died before she was born (i have no photos), and tells me she see them. some so called fortune tellers are hoaxes, so be careful!
