My family and I are soon going camping in a very remote place. I heard that female standing urination is possible but that is all I know, please enlighten me as to how this is possible. If it is possible where would the best place to do it be.

Yes it's possible. Some women are lucky enough that it just goes straight out like a man's pee.
If you're not one of those lucky women, you can still pee without making a mess, by using the following technique:
Spread your labia apart with your index finger and middle finger sort of in the shape of a peace sign. Also pull up slightly. The idea is to have your urethra (pee hole) angled forward with nothing in the way of the pee coming out. You should now be able to pee a nice clean arc just like a male. (Even better, in fact!)

Well if you are in the middle of the forest, simply spread your legs and slightly bends your knees.....there you go, try to not to get any on your shoes.
I highly suggest making a temporary potty, you can make it out of large stones, or clean wood. It's really very simple.

Wear a dress with no underwear. Its possible that way. Ive seen it done unfortunately. But if you do it, go behind a tree or bush, it still turns my stomach thinking about when I saw it done...
