The urine is actually helping to keep the cut clean, so even though it hurts - its helping. If its bothering you so much its really disrupting your going to the bathroom, try to hold the lip away from the stream, so it doesn't burn as much.
To help the cut heal faster, get some Neosporin. Use your finger or a Q-tip to put it on the cut every few hours, and after you urinate. This will help it heal faster and hurt less.

You need to get a skin cream and apply it,evertime after u urinate,and when u are passing the water,try to hold the lip of the vagina which has the cut a little away from the stream,this may avoid the burning sensation.take care.

How big of a cut is it? I know that I have cut myself there a couple of times shaving, and that hurt. Try to put Vaseline on the cut so that the urine will run off the Vaseline.
I wouldn't use any creams on it, it could irritate it more, use something like Vaseline, it is safe and doesn't sting when applied. Good Luck!

You Kids,I swear.
Go to the drug store and look for Neosporin with a local in it like
Novocain.Ask the pharmacy if you don't see it.Tell them you need
the one with an anesthetic in it.
Try to be more careful!
