You ask how to created 3d models, which implies that some form of 3D software must be be used, yet you specify that animation software cannot be used to do this - this is an illogical statement. The only purpose in wanting to know how to animate something would be to eventually display said animation in some electronic format - which leads back to the other answers implying that you use 3D animation software.
My professional advice, like all the others, is to download software that builds 3D characters and lets you animate them. The ideal choice that costs nothing (legitmately) is Blender, an open-source 3D moddeling, animation software tool. You can find more information about it at the link below.

It's impossible to make advanced animations without a powerful animating tool. Ans specially the facilities you are asking can never be done without a tool.
Better to use some powerful tools like MAYA, 3d MAX or so.

You're asking something impossible.... If you want it digital create your program...
Or you could create the model in Adobe or Jasc... Then print every key animation... Tie the bundle and flip it... You could even do it backwards... =p But that's too much work...
Otherwise stick to using an animation software...

Rayquaza you can using programing language like VB, Delphi, Turbo C, C++, C#, and many more. Now if you asking me to write you code for this then sorry to dispoint you it will take more typeing in my part and I dont have time for that. Thank you

Well , Its really hard to do without using animation software.If you could do math really quick like the computers , i would say you could ,but since none of us have superbrains , its impossible. You simply cant do it.

it can't be done, you can't model something , rig it, texture it, animate it, w/o software just isn't going to happen.
the best to do ALL of these things is Maya
You're going to HAVE To download or purchase something there is not other way around it.
