Buddy, i lived in dubai for 7 years and i can tell you about the weather easily.
Right now its very hot about 40. C or more!
In winter the temperature will rarely be below 28.C but if you're lucky and it rains in the winter the temperature will be a little more pleasant!
But in the summer, if you're caught in the open while its over 45.C hot, you'll cook!

WELL FOR STARTERS IT IS HOT.............. HOT AS IN 42-43 DEGREES. FOLKS SAY IT OFTEN GOES ABOVE 45 BUT IT IS NEVER DECLARED ABOVE 43...................CAUSE 45 WOULD MEAN TOOLS DOWN FOR THE BIGGEST CONSTRUCTION SITE IN THE WORLD.........
ON A LIGHTER NOTE, EVEN IF TOUCHES 43'S, LIFE GOES ON AS NORMAL - OUT DOORS & INDOORS. ONE JUST LEARNS TO COPE WITH IT......................
BUT THE REAL KILLER IS THE HUMIDITY...........THAT'S THE ONE TO WATCH FOR.........
