Here I am another Monday morning at work and yet at times I find myself looking out of my window thinking about nothing just sit and stare! (personaly I think Monday should be replaced by Saturday).

But really why am I day dreaming?

When humans are bored or find no interest in what they are doing the human mind tends to go into a relaxed state of mind that is comfertable in a way that can become anything the human wants it to be we have come to call this "day dreaming".

I always daydream when I'd rather be somewhere else, doing something else. Your comment about Monday seems to indicate you feel the same way.

The physical universe holds no interest to you due to a monotone lifestyle. If you knew this was your last year above ground what would you be doing? Daydreaming? Doubt it.
