Other than you now knowing that your friend is a lesbian, has anything else changed? Isn't she exactly the same person now as she was before she told you? The only thing that has changed is your perception of her. You should be glad that she felt comfortable sharing her sexual orientation with you. She obviously believes that you are a good friend of hers. Now, the question is - will you behave like one?

If your friendship is real then her coming out to you shouldn't change anything. Her sexual preference doesn't make her a bad person. If you liked her before then you'll like her now.

happened to me.. if you're uncomfortable with it, let her know. do your best to try and get used to it. let her know that you still care for her and that she's still your friend regardless and that she has your support. It's just gonna get a little used to it.
It gets easier as time goes on....

at her condition right now and as being her friend, you should be one of those who will support her.. be not one of those people who are criticizing her right now for her revelations..

i think its ok to have frens who are les and still hang out. unless they intrude your privacy. but of coz you can let them know that you're not comfy wif intimacy wif them other than frenship.
