You are a child of God and he loves you. He knows your name. He knows who you are, where and when you were born, what you were like before you came here, every single thing about you. And despite your weaknesses and shortcomings, he still loves you more than you can even comprehend.
Go to him and prayer and ask to feel his love. You will, but not in the way you'd expect. Trust him and you will not go wrong.
Best wishes... you'll find better friends if you look in better places.

Some of the things that always cheer me up
1. Carpe diem - seize the day! you never know when its going to end or change abruptly so enjoy every day.
2. Que sera sera - what will be will be - sometimes no matter how hard you have fought, how much effort you put in you can't change it because what will be will be.
3. I am not particularly religious but I always like this one
God grant me the strength to change the things I can
The serenity to accept the things I cannot
And the wisdom to know the difference (have probably butchered that slightly but thats the general gist of it)
4. If it is meant for you it won't pass you by.
All in all - you are doing your best so feel good about YOU. Who cares about the other people and their behaviour the most you can expect from yourself is the knowledge every night that that particular day you have done all you can for the best possible reasons. Don't be too hard on yourself.
Good luck x x x

My shoulder is hurting like hell at the moment, so u cant lean on mine :) I can give u that cheering, inspirational or encouraging word though. Here's a few things that could help.
~ Don't get mad ( or sad in ur case) get even :)
~ Ever jumped backwards down a sheer cliff with only a piece of elastic holdig u up? If not, go bungie jumping! It should take ur mind off stuff for a while.
~ Abseil down a cliff, then rock climb ur way back up to the top.
( The last two points I put in were to take ur mind off things. It really works :D )
~ Keep on at it, life will get better. Feeling sad will just make u appreciate being happy.
Hope u have fun abesiling, bungy jumping & rock climbing :D

Cheer up, 'jus wanna know'. You know what they say.
Some things in life are bad,
They can really make you mad.
Other things just make you swear and curse.
When you're chewing on life's gristle,
Don't grumble, give a whistle!
And this'll help things turn out for the best...
And...
the music fades into the song
...always look on the bright side of life!
whistle
Always look on the bright side of life...
If life seems jolly rotten,
There's something you've forgotten!
And that's to laugh and smile and dance and sing,
When you're feeling in the dumps,
Don't be silly chumps,
Just purse your lips and whistle -- that's the thing!
And... always look on the bright side of life...
whistle
Come on!
other start to join in
Always look on the bright side of life...
whistle
For life is quite absurd,
And death's the final word.
You must always face the curtain with a bow!
Forget about your sin -- give the audience a grin,
Enjoy it -- it's the last chance anyhow!
So always look on the bright side of death!
Just before you draw your terminal breath.
Life's a piece of sh*t,
When you look at it.
Life's a laugh and death's a joke, it's true,
You'll see it's all a show,
Keep 'em laughing as you go.
Just remember that the last laugh is on you!
And always look on the bright side of life...
whistle
Always look on the bright side of life
whistle

This is the problem with you , why you ever under estimate your strength , channelize them properly and use them judiciously , why on earth you want to allow others to control your emotions , do little meditation , go for jogging , fill your lungs with fresh oxygen and shout , that " I am a human being , I am in my control , no body can win me , I am the best " interestingly you try for three days and see the surprise result your self .

Mate, betrayel feels like the worst thing imaginable. happened to me this time last year but you know what? Turn your head and don't look down. Set your sails for a new Horizon cause when you gey there it's better. Honest. And when people hit you with comforting cliches....... trust them. Although they may be cliches,.... cliches exist because of their truthfulness.

betrayal from friends might be the hardest thing to cope up with.. there's no need for an inspirational or encouraging words to cheer you up, to have courage to stand.. no need to seek help from other people, best thing to do is seek for yourself.. look for the real you.. thats not the real person you are.. look for the real you and continue living.. forgive then forget.. go on with your life..they are just trials..to see how long can you go on..

In life we are always searching for truth and direction. Sometimes that journey seems without end. I know it can be easy to get lost life. Our challenge each day is to not give in. Life is a fight, so don't give in. Focus and strength in your down times will lead to perseverance and determination. The bad times always prepare you for the good.

Aww I feel for you... believe me, I've been there and so have so many other people. It will pass, but it may be hard for a while. Get yourself out there and show the world that you're a strong person. I know you can do it!
