G'day Answer Me,
My argument is that the Ponting-Buchanan combination is the best.
After all, Australia is at number 1 in both the test and one-day international rankings although they have been at the top of both for quite a few years. Australia has a stronger team than either India or Pakistan.
In the test arena, the top four teams are:
1. Australia
2. Pakistan
3. England
4. India
In the ODI arena, the top four teams are:
1. Australia
2. South Africa
3. Pakistan
4. India.
It is also worth noting how well Pakistan is going at the moment.
I have enclosed some sources for additional reference.
Regards

I feel so Dravid-Chapell. I have never felt any change or impact for the other two. Well the fourth option is nevertheless (worse than ****)
Well back to topic, Dravid-Chapell started a year ago in August only after John Wright resigned as captain when pak toured india in march-april. Also sourav ganguly was out soon and dravid announced as captain after some matches.
yuvraj singh once commented "earlier when ganguly was there, i had to bat at positions like 6th or 7th (like the position dhoni, irfan, or agarkar bats nowadays). there is hardly any overs left when you come to bat at that positino. but after he (dravid) turned captain I had to bat at no.3 or 4 or 5 which inspired me and could help me to score runs after runs in the shorter version of the game." this shows that dravid's captaincy & greg's as coach h's helped many guys and india too is seeing to come up from 5th to 3rd in the rankings. (Beware: please do not send this one to kolkata people as they hate greg and might turn violent ... lol!)
Greg & Dravid just like t he 'pilot' & 'co-pilot' in flights or a driver & 'conductor' in buses.

1.dravid-chappel of course!Because they both have good understanding.Dravid is the defensive wall so he is calm and greg is an agressive coach. This masala helps to sort out problems in between players as well on their performance.

None of these. My combo is Ganguly-Wright because Ganguly is a natural leader, aggresive and innovative when Wright is a submissive person.
