...backstabbing of Sourav Ganguly has a longstanding effect ~ most of the players become insecured. Dravid & Chappel can not extract spirit & passion from the players like Ganguly did.If the "witch hunting" persists, no "Team India" will exist anymore.

u r right.the media have exposed all the team secrets.they wont even keep the team stratergy for a match secretly.its the mistake of the team members too they openly tell all the team secrets.

exactly...they lack patience...but its driven more by frustration that has been creeping in the players and the management due to coaching conflicts and specially the team slection...expelling players like ganguly balaji etc....indiactes that there is some fuss within the team
