A good relationship is built first on friendship and trust. Jealousy is a wasted emotion. If you trust your partner, there is no reason to be jealous. If you do not trust your partner, then ask yourself why? Jealousy will destroy your relationship. Find a way to deal with it, talk to your partner, and perhaps a counselor. The problem in within you, unless your partner is doing something to make you doubt his commitment to you. What is it within your self your make up, a lack of self esteem to make you feel this way? communication talk to your better half and see if yall can work somethin out do you feel you have a justifiable reason to be jealous if so talk about it talking can really help REAL conversation will fix most things

I mean you shouldnt even get jealous if you trust your partner just try to ignore the things that make you get jealous.

don't give them any reason to be jealous. but i find jealousy to be very flattering. it lets ya know they care and love you. :)
