i noticed in the last two months my nails changing shape with my nails \\\\\ except the lines are straight up and down.

It could be vitamin C deficiency

sometimes it may be that your nails have become weak due to diet.if the lines are white it may be calcium deficiency.my son had a brown line going down one of his nails that just suddenly appeared.i took him to specialist who told me it was a mole under the base of nail.it was relly weird and really scared me.he was only 3 years old.he is mixed race and it is very common in darker skinned people.however if the lines on your nails are dark and you are white go to the doctors and get it checked out.
