If he touches or massages there then I get enough lubrication but when does not then even if I am extremely excited I got no lubrication.

I feel bad as I find myself not able to satisfy him. Although he expresses as he is satisfied but also adds "today less lubrication was there"

What should I do any help please?

Because you're ready for another man?

I don't know. Are we really made for having sex with the same person all the time? I wonder. I can't help thinking of other women from time to time. No doubt they turn me on, while sometimes at home, I feel like an old man with no desire left.

After all, all the good stuff is always forbidden or bad. Sex is best when you're young and your parents don't want you to have it. When you're in a relationship, the sex becomes part of it. It's no longer forbidden. It's even expected. How can that stay lustfull? Then you walk out of the door, and you see a beautiful lady with gorgeous legs, and you know instantly that your willie isn't dead yet. But she's tabou. And that's all the magic behind it...

If you guys are having sex every night, then you could be getting dried out down there. If he knows this then the two of you should have four-play with one another all of the time before you begin the complete task!
Or you can have him put some of the massage oil on you or just let him play with you for a while until you are wet enough,or just make your self moist before the two of you begin!
There are many different ways to solve that problem!

Don['t worry so much

You might be going through hormonal changes. Look in the condom section and find the lubercants. There are some that you can incert once a week. Others are prefilled applicators to use before sex.

You can talk to your doctor.

Slow down. You both are moving to fast. Your body is not a faucet. Next time increase the foreplay time. Your body will lube and you will both enjoy even more.....
