I've tried them both (and Levitra too!). They are all pretty close and do what they are supposed to. Cialas and Levitra seem to have slightly fewer side effects and last a bit longer from my experimentation but it varies from guy to guy. They are all way overpriced (usually $8 to $10 a pill regardless of dosage!). My health plan gives me a slightly better deal on Viagra so that's what I use.

I also say Viagra -- but it gives you a slight headache, you blush red for hours afterwards, and every time you want to play, you have to take some more (but I cut my 50mg in half).
Cialis is good because you take one, there's no headache and no flushing and it's good for maybe 2-3 days. But it gives me muscle cramps in my legs and muscle spasms between my shoulders so that I just want to die!
