apply EVION cream(its a vitamin E enriched cream)
or u can buy a available vit E oil or cream or lotion n apply over face n avoid heat..

How old are you? i highly doubt it would go on their own because chicken pox lesions would scar especially if you got this at a later phase of your life (as in puberty or adulthood). You can apply whitening creams.

even i have those marks on my body. i got chiken pox 4 years ago. they wont go. on thier own? not possible
