Honest opinion. New coach, Drew Brees' shoulder seems healthy, Deuce McCallister AND Reggie Bush, plus they'll actually have HOME GAMES in New Orleans, not a home game against the Giants in New York. Do you think they have a team to do better than last years 3 wins?

Funny thing, a couple friends and i were playin NCAA 07 last night and one guranteed the Saints were going to the playoffs. I looked at the results last year and there were, i think, six games that they lost by a touchdown or less... Now I dont know about playoffs but i know with a healthy deuce, bush, and Brees they are almost guranteed to turn something around... The division is too tough to hope for playoffs or wild card this year unless bush and brees make an immediate impact but look for them next year and definitely the year after that (his 3rd year at USC = Heisman) Also cool is that Palmer had argueably his best year 3 years after he entered the draft as a top round pick. AND the only other USC backs to win the heisman and enter the NFL are already in the hall of fame.... big things gonna happen in NAWlens, jus not this year

The saints will be improved compared to last season but will not make it to the plyoffs because of there defense.
5 Keys to Saints Success
1.DEFENSE
2. Combination of Bush and McAlister has to be the right amount to make a great running duo.
3. Drew Brees
4. Joe Horn has to stay healthy.
5. The saints must keep the game close so they can win on a FG.
I think that the Saints will finish 7-9.

I said 8-8 because drew brees is a capable Qb along with reggie bush ,and duece Mcallister, both are tremendous half back , so I think they will be okay.
