There is no fast way. You need determination and discipline for this.
I have a friend who was fat most of her teens. When she was 16, she decided to finally do something about it. Every single day she would jog nonstop for an hour. In a couple of months she lost so much weight and she is maintaining at her ideal weight now.
Initially it will be hard.
Start with a non-stop jogging for 10 min. Next time, try 15 min and so on and so forth.
Skipping is also good and you can do it in your own home. 10 min of skipping is equivalent to 30 mins of jogging. You can try this one first.
Dieting and Fasting are not really good choices, coz your weight loss wont last.
If you have extra cash, you may want to hire a private instructor. Expensive but at least you will have the constant motivation. Don't be shy to lose weight. Private instructors are there to help you.
You will reach your desired weight in time. And you will keep it off. Remember, just exercise regularly.

It would have been better if you have stated your age and whether this rather high weight is there from the childhood or a new development. Anyway presuming you are a young girl, I suggest you go for veg. foods only....and absolutely NO to junk and fast foods....not even those international cold and soft drinks too....no alcoholic kind....just enjoy plain water....and I am sure you must have been advised for regular exercise.....no need to stressful...but keep it in practice to have at least one hour walk preferably at river or lake site where you can easily get fresh morning air......and avoid practice of sitting on one place for hours. I mean skip TV for couple of months.
Hope this will give you at least some smile for getting slim....
(One more think......there is absolutely NO FAST & EASY way to loose weight....don't believe in cheap advertisements and tablets.)

Lots of water, regular exercise and a detox and body cleansing with organic foods. It rids your body of toxins (the body cleanse) and one of the 'side effects' is losing weight. You'll lose like 6 to 10 pounds in a week because of all the toxins in your bodyfat is being rid of making it easier for the fat to burn off. As long as you exercise, it'll stay off and you may even lose some more with the exercise.
I know 'cos I'm doing it. My mom already lost weight, I'm trying not too 'cos I'm at a good weight. I'm doing it for to rid my body of toxins.
You could also just go on a raw food diet. Expensive but the results are fantastic...or so I hear.
Oh and don't 'fast' 'cos it'll really mess up your metabolism. My sister did it and she tells me she gets really bloated after she eats now and she puts on weight faster than before.

Well the best way to lose weight is actually to eat regularly. Eating lots of small meals makes your metabolism go quicker which means it burns off the food.
A Good diet to do is the soup diet. Its all fresh and healthy and you can eat as much as you like. Including some Fruit as well do this for seven days along with some exercise of course!

WOW u r a big girl...but there's hope for you !! If you have a good friend have them lock you in a bathroom or other safe area...so you have NO access to food just water. Make it like a little nest and in 2 weeks you can drop 30 lbs or 13 kilos.exercise and take cold showers be sure and take a few "before" pictures ...in case you have 30 days you can lose 33 kilos...just eat bananas and multi-vitamins.

You have to take One lemon juice with look warm water at morning before going to fresh. You take it for two to three months. you have definitly loose your weight up to 10 to 15 kg.

keep skipping always.dont try to decrease ur quantity of food.its not that by decreasing ur food u become slim ok.work at home a lot ok.all the best.
