My boy use to be brilliant in his secondary school days but now he is not performing well in the university. at home he forget things easily, ask him to bring one thing he would stay there for sometime before he remembers. he find it difficult to assimilate and his speech is blur. what could be his problem does it has a solution

he's just ignoring things. he is not interested in what he is doing. and as u say, kids grow up, they stops listening.

You have to go with him to the doctor: He could have brain or mental problems. A scan can tell what the problems are. If he was brilliant in his secondary school, something may happened since then. When the speech is affected, it must be only brain problems. Don't wait any longer and go with him to a doctor.
