As a Teacher of English as a Foreign Language, I have to agree with the first answer and say that there is no better way than to come to the U.K. and do a course at a language school in England. London is a rather expensive. You will also find a big choice of courses in places like Brighton. Bournemouth and Cambridge which are all great places to stay. You can find and contact schools through the internet and they will tell you how much it is going to cost. You will normally live with a host family. If coming to England is too expensive then find schools of English in your own country. It is better to use one of the well known international organisations like E.F. because there are a lot of schools using poorly qualified teachers. Always ask if they have any "native speakers" ( people born in an English speaking country) Good Luck!

I think the best method is speaking English a lot especially with those whose first tongue is English. Some other good methods might be reading Novels written in English, Watching Films (Movies) whose characters speak English, as well as listening to Music, Radio stations, and TV stations that broadcast in English.

The best method of learning until found is the communicative method. As purpose of the communicative method, you can just have dialogue with yours friends and colleagues and partners, whatever you have studied about. What you need is the content for talking , for this you can just read different books whatever you like. From the study you can encounter with lots of vocabulary items, which may be the blood to utter the sentences or utter aces whatever you have known so far. After the conversation you can also write in the pages whatever you have known so far. In short, conversation, writing , and reading are the most crucial means of learning English. In addition, you can see the English cinema to build your vocabulary and content. For grammar you can just consult the shoal in your periphery.

Practice as much as you can. Talk to you friends and family in English but one thing you have to always remember. Never think that you speak bad or you are not good as your friend. If you have this feeling in you forget about learning English.
No body is perfect, you should always remember. Can anyone from London or USA speak your native language.
Try to write as much as possible, translation is also best ting to do.
Watch English movies at home and try to remember words and use them next time you talk to ur friend.
Believe me it is all up to you, if you are serious you can always do it.
I know 10 languages and learning Russian now. All the best.

Reading, reading, and more reading. If you are studying abroad, as the category states, talk with people, even if you feel uncomfortable - listening to the actual use of the language also gives you a sort of an intuition, but nothing beats reading.
For pronounciation - news on radio or TV, movies, and songs.
And you will realize you just got the language with little effort...
