for 2 days I wasn't able to bend my knee, I felt pain for 2 weeks. Even 1 month after my fall I feel that it is not as smooth as it was before the fall. What might be the problem?

You should see a doctor. Knee injury sometimes can be very serious.

There are many possibilities. There may be a fracture, but most unlikely because it seems that you are walking on it. If it were fractured, you wouldn't be able to walk, fisho. It may also be buildup of substances to promote the healing (natural response by the body). However this substance/liquid can be dangerous to your knee, and may be the source of pain. Get to a doctor and have him check it out. The liquid - which I like to call water can be removed. Or maybe your just a sissy, and your mentality is limiting you to think that your still in pain. Who knows? see a doctor and see what he has to say about this.

it truly is hardship-free. once you lock your knees blood going decrease back for your heart is slowed and may reason your blood pressure to drop and ultimately make you bypass out. even as status for a lengthy era of time save your knees slightly bent so the blood bypass is unrestricted. in case you locate that you're passing out regularly you need to probably be evaluated by ability of a well being practitioner.

Try applying heat to relieve the stiffness and promote healing, and see a doctor -- if your symptoms are abnormal, they can get it x-rayed and diagnose further.
