Why should not U.S.A, U.K. & Israeil be prosecuted and punished for violating the U.N.O Charter?

England, U.S.A, & Israeil and their alliance have Violated UNO Charter, its basic objects and other International Treaties and declarations, not respecting the soveriegnty and freedom of weak nations like, Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebenon, Palastene, conspirated and invaded these countries, destroyed their infrastructure, killed thousands of innocent people, caused millions of people with various sufferings and in fact they have violated all the human norms and particularly violated the International Human Rights Declarations and Laws. Spreading Hatred among nations and religions more importantly putting their own citizens in danger, rest of the world started hating their citizen due to in human acts of the rulers of these three countries. Why should not the responsibles be prosecuted and punished more particularly Mr. President George W Bush and Mr. Prime Minister Tonny Blair and their Counter part in Israil?

USA, UK and Israel cannot be prosecuted unless there is a member state of the UN that will file in the International Court of Justice that they have violated rules under the International Law.

even if they did prosecute us, who would enforce it? america alone is strong enough to fight the entire rest of the world. with the uk and israel, there's no one strong enough to force us to do anything.
