Yes, it is possible to see dead people, or rather their spirits. Some do not pass over to the 'other side' if they have unfinished business here, or want to say their goodbye's. It also depends on whether or not you are developed enough spiritually or just 'open' to the experience. It may happen once in a lifetime, or if you have developed the gifts we all have, it may be an everyday occurance for you.
These spirits will not harm you, perhaps they have a message to convey. Perhaps they are just lost and don't know as yet that they have died. If this is the case, or you do not wish to see them, just tell them that it is time for them to pass over...to go home, as they do not belong here any longer.

Yes, they are everywhere, just like the little boy knew in THE SIXTH SENSE. I knew the character, played by Bruce Willis, was dead right away. It did not surprise me. Lots of walking dead.

I see them all the time. Everywhere. There's one watching me right now. I'm not scared. I'm used to it. You get used to it after awhile. They don't attack you. At least they don't attack me. Or anybody else I know. Some are gory. Some are not. They don't know they're dead.

its possible, i remember when i was 13, a week after my grandfather died i saw him sitting on the chair beside my bed, as far as i can remeber i was awake, lights are off and i was looking straightly at him and i paused for like 30 sec. he looks exactly my grandfather wearing only his favourite shorts but he didnt look back at me he's just sitting there. so i saw dead person and thats my grandpa.

A sea is lifeless as quickly because it has no water in it, which the lifeless Sea does. The call "the lifeless Sea" i no longer ttoally literal =P it fairly is stated as that as a results of fact its so salty that no animal can stay in it, and in the event that they tried, that they had die. yet they wouldnt be that stupid to objective i the 1st place =D actual its so salty you could flow. Its cool. =D

Yes, some can with their third eye they say they can see ghost, demons and other supernatural creatures but I haven't seen yet. And sometimes in some nightmares.
