Make your question clear sex and physical relationship are not the exact the same thing. Physical can be the act of sex but it also can be touching, kissing or playing around. Sex is the actual act.
If your looking for the correct sexual relationships married couples should have there is no magic number. What is best for both is the correct number. For men every second or third day the sex clock goes off. It is a built in clock men have. For women it is a different cycle. You both have to find out what is best for you.
If you both love and are physically attracted to each other daily is OK. As for physical touching, hugging and kissing. That should happen all the time your together. The hugging, kissing and touching keeps your Physical feelings humming...

This is a hard question to answer there can be a couple hopefully you agree a little .
1st being that this is the person you plan on spending your life with in seven days a couple could have sex three times a week and I know that sounds bad to some but doing that will keep the excitement in the relationship it will keep that feeling of wanting something you cant have almost but on those days that the couple decides to be physical the woman she do extra things to keep her man hungry for more so in between times he is just as excited as if it were the first time they came together in that way.
2 a couple could be physical 5 days or seven days a week based on what they feel for each other problem with this way is that this is a person you are planning on spending the rest of your life with and being physical everyday you will grow to know what to expect from each other and that causes wondering eyes or a couple becoming bored with one another.
But overall it just depends on the couple at hand
Me personally I would rather have number 1 I wouldn't want my husband to get bored with me

They say 1 to 2 times a week. But me and my girl do it 1 to 2 times a day, if time permits! I was married for 7 years with the 2 to 3 times a month! Never again! 3 years with my girlfriend and we still do it like it was the 1st time!

I think it depends on the couple. I know my husband and I can't go even one day without sex. We are like two sex-crazed teenagers. ;0)
