In answer to the first question, if you are asking me what something is that I asked you, the answer is that I never asked you what anything was.
A question is information sent from system1 to system2 which is (a) requests further information and (b) is intended to (or does) generate a response from system2 that sends this further information back to system1.
The final packet of information mentioned in the previous paragraph is an "answer".

A question is anything you ask when you're curious. An answer is a response to a question. What is an adverb that comes before a verb( ex. "What" is).
Yeah...philosophy and the world can be that simple lol.

Treat a question like a statement.
"What is a question."
for "what" replace the word with X.
"X is a question."
To this statment, we add a question mark to the end:
"X is a question?"
to answer X, is to answer what "what" is meaning.
