Still waiting for the payoff...but, I purchased a lot in California City, got a construction loan, no money down if you own the lot, hired builder, and will make 60.000 profit in 90 days when I sell the house. Also try buybankhomes.com. This is WAMU's web site. I know a few people that have picked up a few houses (fixers) for 4,000 and fliped then within 30 days at a profit of 550%. But I like building homes..Yes I paid for the lot outright, but their are lenders that will do a 1 step loan if your credit is about 660 or higher..Hope this gives you some ideas.
