If you love rains then yes u can visit GOA.
Beaches of GOA to visit: Calgunate, Armbol, Madre, Baga, Vagator, Anjuna, Sinqueri, Colva, Palolem, COCO
City: Panji, Mapusa, Margaon, Vasco
Two churches in OLD GOA. Also Shantadruga Temple & Mangeshi Temple.

Yes, it is a nice time to visit where nature is at the best.
Places to visit are:
Beaches - Calangute, Baga, Anjuna, Vagator, Colva, Mobor & Palolem
Places of worship - St. Francis Xavier, Old Goa, Mangueshi Temple, Shantadurga Temple.
Forts - Aguada, Chapora, Tiracol, Cabo de Rama
Sanctuary - Bondla
Other places - Dudhsagar waterfalls, Big Foot, Loutolim & Dona Paula
Casino - Chances, Caravela,etc
Rivercruise - Mandovi
Spice farms

if you want to get a tan..then no... You might not get much of sun. but them Goa in the rains is a theme by itself..if you want to get drunk in the rains, this is the time...

Yes it is raining there, in sept -oct it will be humidity if u want real fun rock in dec mainly in last week

wel you can spend your independence day there, bt i thin its raining badly in india at the moment so maybe not a good idea.... if it gets a bit hot or even nice then i think you will have a blast there....

I HEard its HOT and HUMID there...
One pointer I have- if HOTELS are offering unbeliveable deals...DONT GO!!
If something is too good to be true- it probably is!!
