I am looking specifically for a website/program where you can buy and download music videos, but where you do not have to subscribe (something similar to iTunes).

You can try limewire. I'm not sure how to download it, but I know that from there you can get music, music videos, pictures and a lot of other stuff. It's probably limewire.com or something like that.
