I haven't read the book so I'm not quite sure what you're trying to ask, but for a look at the higher dimensions, check out the link below. When you get to that page, click on "Imagining the Ten Dimensions" on the left, & make sure your speakers are on.

Also, make sure your brain is nice & stretchy. :-)

Check Out Stephen Hawkings " The Universe in a Nutshell"
a great book.... With lots of easy to understand comcepts .....
