A bright kid on my block of short-circuted the headset jack on his cellphone, and created some weird psudo-baby moniter. he then used the "spy-phone" to listen in on a conversation that was going on in my house, from down the road. was this illegal?

I thought so. but do I get the kid in trouble. or just let it go? on one hand... it was a pretty interesting trick. on the other hand... i'm just upset that my privacy was invaded. kids now days...

ofcourse it is illegal to listen to others conversation...not just illegal,its rude...try talking to this kid you might reason with him...just try talking to the parents,and lets just pray that they reason with you...
