I can wait and hold for a proper bathroom under normal circumstances. I know my body well enough to rarely have to even use public restrooms, and I use good hygiene and keep it as quick as possible. But if I'm in a situation where there isn't the possibility of proper plumbing, then I know how to discreetly make a "nature call" that no one will see or know. I think all females should know how to handle these situations in an intelligent way. (I can't speak for men, since I'm not one.)
