I'm not sure. A couple years ago a man was caught in a neighbors bushes mspying into a house on a 5 year old girl. And he was arrested. Maybe its not a crime if you are in youre house with binoculars. but still that doesnt make it right so you should stop.

Spying into the house of another is a violation of the privacy of abode of your neighbors as provided for in the constitution. However, if you saw a crime being committed at your neighbor's house on plain view without spying, you should report it to the police.

yes, peeping tom is a crime in all states, and can get you a sex offender wrap and mental counseling by court order, they have the right to do anything they want withing the law inside their own home, curtains open without people watching

Hmm...probably not but it is really in poor taste to peep. But, if your neighbor purposely does obscene things with the drapes or door open they are committing a crime.

some of the funnest things in the world are highly illegal. such as robbing banks, street racing, and stealing candy from kids. so yes, it is a crime, even if your neighbor has a cute mom.
