we're trying to conceive and lately i'm having lower back pain.

maybe a yeast infection..or something i would go get checked

Your lower back pain could be caused by anything really but in most cases in which you are having abdomen pains you will receive back pains as a result of crouching.
However, I am almost certain the yellowish discharge you are experiencing with the stomach pains most likely means you are ovulating. Some women can actually feel themselves ovulate.
If the pain persists for more than a couple of days I would recommend that you make an appointment to see your gynecologist. Sometimes you may experience those same symptoms if you are experiencing a UTI (or urinary tract infection.) If that is the case you will need proper medication to eliminate the pain.
