Steve Nash is the best PG in the L but you're talking all-around! In that case, I'll have to say Jason Kidd! He does d*mn near everything on the court. Yes Steve is a better shooter, yes Steve has more dimes and MVP's but Kidd is a much better rebounder, a much better defender, he has TWO NBA finals appearances and he would've had an MVP award by now if the league didn't screw him over for Tim Duncan. Chris Paul is on his way but not quite there yet.

I would have to say that Steve Nash is the best in terms of all around player. He makes all his teammates better, plus he scores a lot. Some will say that Kidd is the best in the league but he doesn't score as much as Nash. Before Nash came to the suns they sucked as a team, but enter Nash and now they are a great team.

Steve Nash for sure. no other point guard even comes close to what he brings everynight. he scores, rebounds, passes and basically makes everybody on his team better. look at qrich, he flourished with Nash but totally sucks without him. nash may not be a good defender but he more than makes up for it. also he makes the game fun to watch. too bad, he may not have too many years left in the league.

Jason Kidd. He can do everything. He can score, rebound, dish assists, and do the 1 thing steve nash can't: defend. We're talking about being all around here, how many triple doubles does Kidd have compared to Nash? Has Nash ever been 1st team all defensive? Kidd has

i think chris paul can contend nash as the best all around point guard in the league.
i mean, who knows,he being the starting point guard of the US team can create magic this coming season.
