G'vanni's in the North End is amazing good. It's on the pricy side, though.
For desert, go to Mike's Pastry's. Wicked good sweets!

Anywhere in the North End is the best. Giacomo's in particular. And Mike's Pastry too (both Modern Pastry and Maria's in the North End are good also).
