No, its all false, both MIB and mothman. It was all a hoax conducted by elvis and his umpa-lumpas.
That's the official statement by the george bush junior goverment. Definately a junior government, btw, perhaps infantile.
Don't worry about the car pulling up, it's just the pizza delivary, or your dad is back from getting drunk at the bar..
P.s. mothman had read eyes, so it isnt a monkeys' head. Maybe a great white shark head though..

Don't know , I'm not an MIB. But my best guess is that they track paranormal activities that can use as arctifac weapons. Don't know. That's my guess.
