Mahila Pradhan Kshetriya Bachat Yojna Agent (M.P.K.B.Y.)


Role
To promote the sale of R.D. and to liaise between the investor, post office and small savings office and to render service at the door step of the investor.The agent gets 4% commission for the deposits made under the of 5 year recurring deposit scheme.


Eligibility (i). Individual woman (Above 18 years)
(ii). A women organisation doing Social, Religious, Educational, Recreational or Charitable work.

How to Apply
Application forms are available with the district office of Small Savings in each district of the State. The following documents need to be completed while submitting application to the district office.

.Agreement form.(downloadable)
Nomination form.(downloadable)
Pledging of NSC of minimum Rs. 500/-.
Affidavit (to be attested by a First Class Magistrate) on a stamp paper of Rs.15/-.
Two Character certificates.
Four passport size photographs.
Photocopy of proof of date of birth and Ration card.
