What to do when got kicked at the groin when playing soccer? it is because was at the wrong position trying to kick the ball away. Is there any solution or alternative worth to follow to avoid such thing from happening in future ? The kick was painful and embarassing.

You could use a cup on the groin area to assure some kind of protection or you could opt not to play the sport again!
now you know from experience to avoid that wrong position if possible!!

Suck it up and get back on the field! Come on, support your team, I played with a sprained ankle once, you can stand a little hit like that (It's happened to me too, I know it hurts, but at least it doesn't hinder your ability to play, just ignore the pain unless anything is... different down there lol, then you should go see a doctor fast)

Make sure , no bleeding from urethra, or hematoma around the scrotum and make sure you are able to urinate normally. take Tylenol for pain and ice pack around the swelling.
