Hahahahaha, I had to deal with this once. In a very small office. A ladys feet smelled rotten. Someone (???me???) wrote her a short letter telling her about her problem using kind words & without insult. Its hard, but it works!

Good luck, stinky people don't usually care enough about their own personal hygeine, I doubt they care at all about what other people think about their odour.

If you really want to come right out and tell them, a suggestion for a non-hurtful way to do it might be to quietly and privately say you had seen this program on TV where they said after you use certain products for a long period of time (just like with shampoo), they quit working for you and you have to switch up brands to get different active ingredients working for you. You can say that the program pointed out that very often the person doesn't realize this because we become accustomed to our own body scents. Suggest that because you feel a friendship with them in addition to being just co-workers you wanted to mention that you think this may have happened with their deodorant and you hoped they would appreciate being told, just like you would want to be told if it were you. Keep it confidential and keep it light. They may accept it graciously and feel that you've done them a favor. No matter what the problem really is, they will probably pay a lot of immediate attention to their hygeine.

properly, it truly is sweat that motives the scent, despite the indisputable fact that the scent would not surely come from the sweat. Sweat itself is particularly sparkling, it really is only the micro organism that want to stay in it that reason the scent. the same is going for body scent; it really is micro organism.
