my uncle has a building and we need help on deciding what we can open in it? not a grocery store or convenience...i was thinking coffee shop/bakery? maybe..or chicken shop? ANY IDEAS that will help his business work PLZ??? any random ideas about wut they can sell

first u must study the area ...... and what the most people need in this area .... u have to make a big study first about the business u will make .... like if it will really work here and people will like it .... if Ur area have a coffee shop u think about bakery .... i mean u can chose business by thinking about Ur neighbor business .... for example ...what a bout if there was a mall without a restaUrant ... so u think about opening a restaurant ....u must think about how to be different than any one who do the same business.that's mean u must go to ur competitions and see how they are doing ... and how u can add new things that they hadn't and consumers will be satisfy with.

hi bud,
you shall move something innovative, have u ever had a idea about a restaurant for walk through Vachel(i.e. cars, byk's etc.) and placing orders for some fast parcels like veg sandwich mocktail etc., like quick to serve item. In simple the concept is pay penny, place a order relaxingly straight from your Vachel direct to the window get your stuff for the quickest and march out of the Que. And to serve the purpose u just need a small kitech with 'a fast cook and serving staff.' And the built up area must consist of two windows on opposite walls to make it ease to operate. and a large 'u' shaped area with a traffic clearance sttaff to make them(cars etc. ) move faster. (your stuffs coustmers shall be all the city cruiser who like to surf city and enjoy outing but dont like the so called restaurant culture.)

lots of coffe shops around already? open something that gives something diff to the consumer. How about a health Drink store serving - Fresh Juice (sugar free), Milk with added nutrition, zero cal shakes, zero cal icecreams??

Depends on where you live and what location. Also depends on what shops are already around that area. I would say a coffee/java shop would be nice. Most everyone likes coffee rather it be hot or cold. Good Luck!

1. is the area commercial or residential?
2. what are the needs of the area that is not yet met, or if already met, still needs improvement or more supplies.
3. what is ur family's expertise, interest, etc?
4. how much capital do u want to go into the biz

Sounds like you're leaning towards a restaurant type business.. Look around your neighborhood.. Then ask yourself.. What is missing.. What do I see people drive miles to get? Then go with that.
