Get married first...

Definitely not on 18.
You are still fresh from school and does not know what the future has in mind for you.
Jumping into that kind of responsibility is a big decision. Please consider this again.
Your body may be telling you that you are ready to have kids, but your spirit not.
I am 24 and I have 2 kids. I wish i waited a few years. At the time I felt right to be a mom, but now i see how much work it is. I fell pregnant when i was 19.
Please take this serious. There is too much out there still for you to see. Wait at least until you are 23.

After you get married, and own a home. There should be no other plan than this.

As you just got back together - and having a rocky past - you're jumping the gun on the relationship. Take it easy, have some fun, see how it progresses - slowly, naturally. And use a condom before then!

Trying to trap a man will not let you keep him. He can still leave if he wants to.

Do not be in a hurry. You are only 18. If, as you say, you JUST got back with your boyfriend, that says to me that you had broken up with him. Children are PERMANENT. Do you want that guy in your life for the next 18 years? If so, why not MARRY him and then talk about kids. If not, now is NOT the right time for bringing children into the mix.

After you get married and have a stable environment to bring your child into. Just remember, raising a child costs at least $300 a month. Can you afford that? The amount gets higher as the child gets older. Keep that in mind.

Princess ~

Well since you just got back with him, I'd wait till you knew that your relationship is going to last this time. Get married, enjoy together time without a baby and then TTC. You're only 18, aren't you going to college? You don't want to have a baby or be pregnant till you're done with college and got your career going right??? What's the rush?

Good luck.

After you both have finished colleged, got jobs, are married and have had time together for a couple of years. Don't rush starting your family. There is so much to do/experience before you have kids! This is the time to prepare for your future so WHEN you do have children, you can provide a better life for them! LOL!

I think when you start to run out of things to talk about..LOL, but it is kind of true. Once you have spent the romantic time alone together, done the traveling you want to do, and feel ready to move on to the next stage, it is time. I also think it is nice to be married for a while, so you get to enjoy the honeymoon phase without having a baby to put a damper on it.

The right time to have a child would be when you feel that you can give the child a "perfect" environment to grow up in.

A child is a responsibility forever. You cant leave it or breakup with a child.

when you have stability in life.. and a regular income ...

when youve graduated from college, have a job, are married and own a house. I'm guessing you wanted the best case scenario?

Perhaps, but it is safer not to. After all, an eighteen year-old is still a teenager! P.S. Several years more will do.
