When my hubby and I got married, it was laid out on the table "If you cheat on me, we're done. Period." Of course, we are still very happily married and I tease him playfully that IF he ever does cheat on me, I would saw it off with a rusty knife.

Nope! When the guy takes his balls to explore greener pastures, it's ALL fair game! :o)
I'd hack that sucker off in an instant if he ever cheated on me.

I wouldn't do anything that might get yourself arrested. I would, however, not have anything to do with that person. If it is you HE cheated on, he betrayed you two ways. By cheating, and a betrayal of trust. If there is no trust, how can you have a relationship? Kick his butt out, pick yourself, dust yourself off, and move on.

I'm in an open relationship, so there is no such thing as cheating on one another.

yes i will do it definitely. i cannot tolerate promiscuous partners. If u gave him a chance he might do it again. Once bitten twice shy!
